ZapInventory pulls WooCommerce Contacts, Products, Orders, Taxes, Payments in real-time. WooCommerce orders with statuses like Created, paid, Fulfilled are automatically pulled.
ZapInventory to Xero accounting
All the Invoices created in ZapInventory and orders coming from WooCommerce are automatically pushed to Xero. All the payment, taxes, shipping charges are synced to Xero.
Sync Purchases to Xero
Create Purchase Orders and Receive goods in ZapInventory. All the Purchase order details and payment details to vendors are synced with Xero.
Manage Credit Notes

Payments
Paid and Cash on Delivery WooCommerce orders are pulled in ZapInventory and also pushed to Xero. Payment statuses are updated in Xero.
Taxes
Product, Shipping and other Taxes added in WooCommerce orders and pulled in ZapInventory are passed on to Xero. Existing taxes in Xero are automatically mapped to ZapInventory taxes.
